Profil na Twitteru ''Hostile Design'' skuplja prizore uglavnom javnog prostora koji je dizajniran kako bi bio neudoban i odbojan ljudima, poglavito bekućnicima. Na brojnim objavama se mogu vidjeti klupe iz različitih dijelova svijeta kojima je cilj ''boriti se protiv beskućništva'' tako da dizajnom onemogućuju ležanje na klupama.
Drugi oblici dizajna su manje suptilni i uključuju šiljke kojima je zadatak ograničiti sjedenje ili stajanje u određenim prostorima, a tu su i sjedalice koje su namjerno dizajnirane da budu neudobne kako bi ubrzale cirkulaciju mušterija u lokalima.
